The Context

To us, this was not about “typical greek” & “typical Cycladic”.

THE CONCEPT

We consciously moved away from conventional greek typical and another hipster identity to reflect a more understated, authentic, and extrovert experience. Recently, Verina Sifnos has relied on reputation and high standard personnel service from Isidoras and Miltos energetic personalities. Furthermore, we told, through the black fine line illustrations conceptual, pure artistic and unreal stories. For people, that were transformed —being affected— by the atmosphere and the kindness of the true hospitality of the people there. We narrated stories. Stories that intellectually stand out in the mainstream world of the global tourism business.

Somehow, like that, we built Verina’s unique branding. Strategically, we knew we would have to make that balance work. A unique identity, customized ideally in a Cycladic landscape and business-driven talking to be —above all— successive. Even the web site. Their main source for online bookings. Highly creative and strongly functional. A visual identity that in total respects, translates and celebrates the unique facets of this place. This was our challenge —from creative concepts through to art-direction photography and styling— every step required a unique approach.
